Bring your completed registration form signed by parent/guardian? and your computer to Flex. If you are absent on this day bring your completed registration form to the Guidance Office and your classes will be entered for you. *Seniors will be required to stay in Flex also, use this time as a study hall.
-Seniors: Continue working on the Local Scholarship packet! The long weekend is a great time to finish it! -The Deficiency List has been run. If you currently have a failing grade in any of your classes and are participating in Winter Activities, please watch for an email from Mr. Inglis and also stop by the HS Office to pick up an Academic Eligibility Form. You will not be eligible to participate in extracurricular competitions or activities unless you get your grade to passing and your form turned in. -Are you interested in competing on the Spring Trap Team? If so you need to attend the informational/registration team meeting on Thursday Feb. 20, 2025 in the FIS Media Center. New members to the team will meet at 6pm. Returning Members meet at 7:30pm. Any questions please reach out to Mr. Kobienia. -FFA Members Last day to sign up for The Chapter outing to Black Light Adventure, FFA Day at the Capital and Volunteering at the Farm show is TODAY. -Attention Juniors: There will be an informational meeting on Wednesday, February 19th during Flex in the Auditorium for any Junior interested in attending Boys/Girls State this summer. Boys/Girls State is a weeklong opportunity to learn about local Government. It is fully funded by the Local Legion/Legion Auxiliary. -Glasses found in the parking lot. Identify/claim in the main office -Key Fob found in the Fieldhouse, Identify/Claim in the Main Office. -MHS is hosting a blood drive NEXT FRIDAY, FEB 21st! There are still 5 donation spots open during 3rd hour. All donors will receive a $15 electronic gift card!! Donors must be at least 16 to donate. Stop in to Ms. Gross' room (305) to sign up! All those who signed up in classes: you are scheduled and you should have received an email with your donation time from the Red Cross. Reach out to Ms. Gross with questions. All 16 year old donors: Please turn your permission form in to Ms. Gross ASAP!! -On Friday, February 14th a grade review will be conducted. If you have any grade that is a D- or lower you will be restricted for Flex beginning on Wednesday, February 19th and lasting for three weeks. If you are on the restricted list you are required to stay in your assigned flex period (unless allowed to leave at teacher request). If you would prefer to have freedom of movement and choice during your flex time, we encourage you to make every effort possible to have all grades at least a D or higher by Friday, February 14th. Students who are on the restricted list will receive an email. If you believe an error was made when the new list is announced, please see Mrs. Gann.
