FHS Daily Announcements - Tuesday, January 7th

-There will be a Student Council meeting on Tuesday 1/7 in the Foods Room during Flex.  We will go over our needs for Snow Daze and our upcoming events

-There will be a Unified Club meeting on Wednesday in the high school gym during FLEX.  See you there.  

Student Body, please check your Falcon email for a Google Form from Student Council President Montanna Gapinski.  We are looking for volunteers to play the Pepfest game, blind snowball fight.

-Outside Date/Guest Forms for the January 18th dance are available in the Media Center or the Main Office.  They need to be completed and returned to the main office by 3:00 pm Thursday January 16, 2025.  

-College Wear Day is tomorrow!! Wear your favorite college gear!

-Big Brothers Big Sisters - Stop in the Guidance Office to pick up your little’s Snowman before the end of this week

-Seniors: Navy Enlistment Screening Test (EST) Opportunity! The EST is a 30-minute test that covers the core 4 subjects of the ASVAB. Those subjects are arithmetic reasoning, math comprehension, word knowledge and paragraph comprehension. This test shares some similarities with the SAT but is designed to give the student an estimate of what they would score on an actual ASVAB and a way to open the door for students who are interested in the military. This would provide students info on not only if they are qualified, but how well they would score in those 4 subjects. See Kristi in the Guidance Office if you are interested. 

?-Seniors: Stop by Kristi in the Guidance Office or Barb in the Media Center to verify the spelling of your name for graduation materials. The way it shows on this list will be the way it's printed on your diploma! A few middle names have been highlighted because we are missing them - please write this information in the highlighted area. Sign or Initial in the space provided once you verify. See Kristi with any questions.

“Friendly reminder to our student drivers from Officer Cody: MN Statute states any driver that operates their vehicle in a manner that endangers the safety of others or property, could result in a citation for careless driving and/or cause injury to oneself, another, or property. Unreasonable acceleration or squealing of the tires is also a violation of City Ordinance! NO BURNOUTS! Erratic driving in FHS Parking lot is also a violation. Please help keep yourself and your fellow classmates safe.  Any questions or concerns, feel free to see me anytime. Thank you and drive safe!
