FHS Daily Announcements - Tuesday, November 12th

-Are you interested in learning what speech and debate is all about? Come to the informational meeting on Friday Nov. 15th during Flex in the auditorium. If you can't make it, please email Mrs. Ziemke @ . Practice starts Dec. 9

-FFA Members: If you have not turned in your Fruit Sale forms, please turn them in TODAY to Mr. Frenchick. 

-There is a Conservation Club meeting during flex on Friday 11/15 in Mr. Marods room. Everyone is welcome and bring your friends!! 

-Students 16 or older: Please sign up to donate for the Red Cross Blood Drive on Wednesday, November 20th. Donors can save up to 3 lives per donation!! Sign up in Ms. Gross' room (305) ASAP! All donors get Christmas socks, snacks, and a chance to give back to the community!

-Junior class t-shirts are available for purchase on henryesp.com through Wednesday, November 20th.   The link has been sent via email to all juniors and is also available through the junior class google classroom. 

-FFA meeting that was scheduled for next week on wednesday, is postponed to later in November.

-The Deficiency List will be run on Wednesday Nov. 13th.  If you currently have a failing grade in any of your classes, you will be unable to participate in extracurricular competitions or activities effective Friday, Nov. 15th. Please take this time to contact your teachers about how to bring your grade up to passing.  

-There is a Student Council Meeting scheduled for Monday 11/18, during Flex in the Foods Room.  The biggest thing on the Agenda is SnowDaze!

*We will need volunteers to make posters, decorate and work concessions.

*We will also need ideas for dress up days and  pepfest games.

November 13th - Navy Lunch visit 

November 15th - Alexandria Technical College Flex visit in the Guidance Office

November 19th - National Guard Lunch Visit

November 20th - Concordia College - Moorhead, Flex visit in the Guidance Office

November 22nd - Air Force Lunch Visit

MN Statute states you must signal your intent to turn for a continuous 100ft prior to making the turn. Please ensure your turn signals are in working condition!
