FHS Daily Announcements - Monday, November 11th

-Students 16 or older: Please sign up to donate for the Red Cross Blood Drive on Wednesday, November 20th. Donors can save up to 3 lives per donation!! Sign up in Ms. Gross' room (305) ASAP! All donors get Christmas socks, snacks, and a chance to give back to the community!

-Junior class t-shirts are available for purchase on henryesp.com through Wednesday, November 20th.   The link has been sent via email to all juniors and is also available through the junior class google classroom.

-Unified Sweatshirts are available to purchase online through Henry Embroidery's website.  Here is the link: https://foleyunificlub.itemorder.com/shop/home/. The store will be open through November 17th.  

-FFA Members order forms and money from fundraisers are Due on Monday the 11th to Mr. Frenchick

-FFA meeting that was scheduled for next week on wednesday, is postponed to later in November.

-The swim team had two individuals and two relays qualify for the MSHSL State Swimming Tournament this coming week.

200 freestyle relay - Liz Thorsten, Kelsie Kilgard, Sydney Hanks, and Claire Kilgard 

400 freestyle relay - Claire Kilgard, Katie Mazacek, Kelsie Kilgard, and Liz Thorsten

-The Deficiency List will be run on Wednesday Nov. 13th.  If you currently have a failing grade in any of your classes, you will be unable to participate in extracurricular competitions or activities effective Friday, Nov. 15th. Please take this time to contact your teachers about how to bring your grade up to passing.

November 19th - National Guard Lunch Visit

November 20th - Concordia College - Moorhead, Flex visit in the Guidance Office

November 22nd - Air Force Lunch Visit 

“Friendly reminder to our student drivers from Officer Cody: When making a left or right turn, or even changing lanes, Please remember to use your turn signal to signal your intent to other drivers that you are intending on turning or changing lanes. MN Statute states you must signal your intent to turn for a continuous 100ft prior to making the turn. Please ensure your turn signals are in working condition!
