FHS Daily Announcements - Monday, October 28th

-All Students: TODAY all students will be required to stay in Flex Time. During this time each student will be logging into MCIS and completing a Career Cluster Inventory. Please bring your computer. 

1st hour Sound Effex & FES & FIS Teacher Assistant students: Monday after 1st period go to the Media Center

 

-AP Chemistry Students Please meet in Mr. Notsch's room at 7:45 on Friday, November 1st

 

-If you love books and you love to read….. JOIN BOOK CLUB! Come to Ms. Gross’ room during Flex today to read and discuss books with others. If you have any questions contact Ms. Gross

 

-Auditions for the Jr. High One-Act Play "Fast Food" will be on Tuesday October 29, 2024 from 3:00-5:00pm in the High School Auditorium. The Jr. High One-Act is open for 6th, 7th, 8th & 9th grade students. No previous experience is required.  See Mrs. Hesch for details/questions.

-There will be a prom committee meeting at 7:30 AM in Mrs. Keating's room on Tuesday, October 29th for any juniors who are interested in being a part of the prom committee.

 

-All Students: Keys found- identify/claim in the main FHS office

-Seniors:  Just a quick reminder that there are colleges that have a November 1st acceptance deadline for particular programs.  Take some time this weekend to finish completing applications, and submit by November 1st.  If you have questions, please stop in the Guidance Office.

-Senior Football players : Touchdown Club Football Scholarship is due October 30th. See Kristi in the guidance office with questions. 

 

-Juniors and Seniors: If you are interested in the Military and would like to take the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery test, please sign up with Kristi in the Guidance Office by Thursday, November 7th.   The test will be given here at FHS on Thursday, November 14th during 4th and 5th period. **Taking the ASVAB does not commit you to anything, but a military recruiter may contact you. The ASVAB can help you determine your own interests and aptitude, even if you are not planning to enter the military or are undecided. You will receive a valid scores for enlistment.
