Yes most Officers, Deputies, and Troopers will not make a traffic stop on a vehicle traveling 1-7 mph over the posted speed limit. But that does not mean it is not a violation of State Law. 21 mph or higher than the posted speed limit is mandatory court with additional surcharges and fines. 31 mph or higher than the posted speed limit results in you possibly being placed under arrest and your vehicle may get towed. Driving in excess of 100 mph may result in your driving license being revoked for an extended period of time. Please help ensure we are keeping ourselves and everyone else on the roadway safe. Driving is a privilege not a right! Any questions or concerns, feel free to see me anytime. Thank you and drive safe!”
