| PRE-CALCULUS A/B / COLLEGE PRE-CALCULUS Grades: 11, 12; 2 Terms, Prerequisite = Trig and Algebra 2 Accel, 5 College Credits This course is an in-depth review of previous math courses as well as an introduction to topics such as exponential and logarithmic functions, sequences and series, and analytic geometry. This course is a preparation for calculus. Seniors in the top 1/2 and Juniors in the top 1/3 of their class have the opportunity to earn 5 credit hours at Southwest Minnesota State University for Math 135 (Pre-Calculus). |
