FHS Daily Announcements - Monday, March 18th 

-ACT Makeup test date is Tomorrow Tuesday, March 19th. The test will start promptly at 8:05, students who are late will not be allowed to take the test that day. Cell Phones, smartwatches, backpacks, jackets, food, and drink will not be allowed in the room during the test. All students taking the ACT will have C lunch when the test is finished and will report to their regular 4th period. Please plan to bring an ACT approved calculatorSchool sponsored laptop is required! Make sure it is fully charged, charging outlets will not be available! Please use the restroom before presenting to your assigned room. Any questions please reach out to Mr. Mellgren or the guidance office.

-Student Track Workers:  If you're able to work the Time Trial this Thursday at 5:00, please stop and see Corri in the office for your field event assignment.  

 

-Keep those donations coming in for the polar plunge!!  Our current total is $1618.00.  We are $382.00 away from our next teacher goal of Mr.Keeler jumping in the water.  We have 31 plungers signed up so far.  Go to plungemn.org to get registered and sign up for the polar plunge!!!! 

 

-There will be a Unified Club meeting on Wednesday durning FLEX in the wrestling room.

 

-Boys golf team meet in Mr. Smith’s room after school today. 

 

-Juniors and seniors there has been a temporary hold placed on prom bus 3.  It will be reactivate is week.  If your prom date has already signed up on this bus please stop in to see Mrs. Keating. 

 

-Reminder that outside guest forms must be submitted and approved prior to payment. All outside guest forms must be turned into Mrs. Keating.  All guests must be at least a sophomore in high school and cannot be 21 or older on the day of prom.  



 

-Trimester 2 Welding students please pick up you chair to bring home ASAP

 

-Trimester 2 Beginning Woodworking & Cabinetry students please pick up your projects ASAP

 

-Flex Reminders: Students, please stay out of the academic wings during flex unless you are going to visit a teacher. Also, the media center is a quiet work space.  

 

-The Foley Elementary PTO is looking for any high school students who would be willing to help us with our Spring Carnival on Friday, May 3.  Students can choose to work either one or both shifts (4:30-6:30 & 6:30-8:30).   If you are interested in helping please complete your information on the attached form.  If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me or Traci Otten, Foley Elementary Secretary.
