FHS Daily Announcements - Thursday, January 11t

-We are struggling with getting some products in, with trying new breadsticks today, please try them. We are doing our best to continue forward to get a good product. 

-There will not be a second chance breakfast on January 12th due to the altered schedule. Please plan accordingly. 

 

-The Foley bands and choirs have purchased 50 tickets to the Chanhassen Dinner Theater to see the production of “Beautiful - The Carole King Musical” on Sunday, March 10, 2024.  There are extra tickets available for students and adults. The cost is $125.00 per person which covers the show ticket, meal and coach bus to and from the show. If you are interested in purchasing tickets, contact Mrs. Hesch. 

 

-Conservation club will be hosting a thrift sale at the double header on friday, donations of gently used falcon wear can be dropped off in Mr.Marods room 

 

-The Unified T shirt order is up on Henry ESP.  Please let Mr.Crowell or Ms.Piepgras know if you are having trouble ordering.  

 

-All FFA Members: if you are interested in participating in a LDE sign up in the Ag room. Please sign up by January 12th.  Example of LDE: Employment skills, public speaking, and a discussion meet. 

 

-Seniors: May 3rd is the deadline you must be registered for the Senior Lock-In to be eligible for all the prizes. Register by March 22nd to be entered into an early bird drawing! You can still sign up after May 5th but you won’t get all the prizes.

 

-“Friendly reminder to our student drivers from Officer Cody: MN Statute states ALL drivers have the duty to drive with due care. What this means is every driver is responsible to be aware of potential hazards when operating a motor vehicle, example: weather. It is every driver's responsibility to not operate their vehicle at a speed greater than reasonable under current road conditions. Please slow down when we are experiencing inclement weather and/or poor driving conditions. Give yourself extra time so you arrive at your destination safely! Failure to do so may result in a citation or injury to oneself or another! Any questions or concerns, feel free to see me anytime. Thank you and drive safe!”

  5. Winter Formal (Elem Gym) 7:30 - 10:30
    1. The Snow Ball will be Saturday Jan. 13th from 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM in the Elementary Gym.  
      1. Please enter through door E-3. 
      2. Cost is $5.00 each
      3. Guest must bring a photo ID with them to the dance
    2. All detentions must be served prior to the dance.
