FHS Daily Announcements - Monday, November 13th

-There will be an informational meeting for those interested in joining the speech team this year. The meeting will be this Friday at 9:15 during Flex time in the auditorium. 

-All students:The Minnesota Private College Council has shared a holiday event list with us which includes live music, concerts, theatre performances, and an art sale.  Click on this link for more information:

-Jr. High One-Act will have auditions on Monday November 13, 2023 from 3:00-5:00pm in the high school auditorium. Jr. High One-Act is open for 6th-9th graders. Contact Mrs. Hesch for questions. 

- Juniors/Seniors: NSDU will be in the Guidance Office on Wednesday, November 15th during Flex. Stop in to have all your questions answered.

-Junior class shirts are now available for purchase on the Henry website.  They will remain active until Tuesday, November 28th.

-Anyone interested in becoming a mat stat please sign up by emailing by Nov. 14th. There will be training after school for those interested Thursday, Nov. 16th and Friday, Nov. 17th. 

-Key chain was found in media center, pick up in main office

-“Friendly reminder to our student drivers from SRO Vickstrom: MN Statute states that it is a violation for any driver to operate their cellphone or any electronic device while driving a motor vehicle. This means no phone calls, texting, playing games, internet use, snapchatting, tweeting, email, or instagram. And any other app I may have missed. Sitting at a stop sign or stoplight and using your phone is still a violation. Exemptions are making an emergency call. If you need to use your phone, please pull off of the roadway and park your vehicle in a safe manner or use a “hands free” feature or voice activation. Any questions or concerns, feel free to see me anytime. Thank you and drive safe!”
