-The Deficiency List will be run on Friday, October 13th.  If you currently have a failing grade in any of your classes, you will be unable to participate in extracurricular competitions or activities effective Wednesday, October 18th. Please take this time to contact your teachers about how to bring your grade up to passing.

-Just a reminder: At breakfast time, you do need to take a juice and/or a piece of fruit to make it a free breakfast. If you take a benefit bar, it is considered 2 grains. If you take a juice, it is breakfast. If you take a poptart, snack bread or cereal bar, you will be charged for that item!  Please remember this as you go through the lines

-This week on Friday a grade review will be conducted. If you have any grade that is a D- or lower you will be restricted for Flex beginning on Monday 10/16/23 and lasting for three weeks. If you are on the restricted list you are required to stay in your assigned flex period (unless allowed to leave at teacher request).

If you would prefer to have freedom of movement and choice during your flex time, we encourage you to make every effort possible to have all grades at least a D or higher by Friday.

The current restriction list is in place through Friday 10/13.

If you believe an error was made when the new list is announced, please see Mr. McMorrow.

-Seniors: The senior class shirts are now up for order on Henry’s! The order will be open until October 18th. They are $16, please order one if you can as we would like to have a big group senior class picture with everyone in their shirts.

-On Thursday, October 12, Foley Child Nutrition Department is hosting a Farm to School Day with guests from Minnesota Department of Ag and Minnesota Department of Education. There will be guests walking around our cafeterias during lunch and focusing on our Farm to School Program.

Our menu on Thursday is ALL Farm to School items. We work with 9 local farmers/businesses to keep our dollars local in our community. We have also been given grant dollars to make this even possible. It is also connected to National School Lunch Week, which is "Level UP to School Lunch" and is the Nationwide Great Apple Crunch Day!

Enjoy your lunch and visit with the guests coming around our cafeterias. It is great to have them come and be part of our Statewide Farm to School Program!

Thank you, Child Nutrition Friends
